Relocated Greek Revival

A New York based architect purchased this magnificent Greek Revival house that was located next to an old abandoned factory. The house was subsequently lifted and moved to a lot next door and meticulously restored to its former glory. The unique spiral staircase runs from the servants’ quarters in the attic, to the kitchen in the basement and does not exit on the main floor, a true example of “Upstairs Downstairs”.
